Amazing Race 13 On The Land Of Borat!
Five teams remain in the Amazing Race and they will race in this episode in the beautiful country of Kazakhstan! Check out who had been lucky in the fast forward and who’s run out of luck. We’ll also see the colorful tradition of the country and more flirting on the way.
Being the first team to finish the last four legs of the race, Nick and Starr feels invincible. They are the first pair to leave India to Kazakhstan. Toni and Dallas trail behind them and the two teams almost appear in the international airport at the same time. Toni and Nick talk to a travel agent for the earliest plane ticket while Starr and Dallas are quite flirting at the back. The two pairs travel together in the airport being on the same flight with Ken and Tina who manages to grab the last two seats of the flight to Almaty, Kazakhstan.
Terrence and Sarah manages to get a plane ticket on the second flight to Kazakhstan while Andrew and Dan took the latest arriving plane. The 4 teams arrived in the middle of the night and their clue shows them to look for the chicken factory which, unfortunately opens at 7:30 in the morning. The teams camp outside the factory waiting for its opening. Andrew and Dan arrive exactly when the gates of the factory open which is their luck.
On the chicken factory, the teams encounter their Road Block which says – A close encounter of the bird kind. They must look for a golden egg in the midst of 30,000 pieces of live chickens! Wow!
Two teams try their luck on the Fast Forward leaving the Road Block behind. They are Nick and Starr and Terrence and Sarah. They look for a restaurant that cooks Kazakhstan delicacy – an authentic food made of sheep fat. Its tight race between the two pairs on the fast forward. Meanwhile Toni and Dallas finished the Road Block first and the clue given to them says that they have to ride a crane truck and look for the path that leads to a Mongol warrior. Back to the Fast Forward, Terrence admitted that he has not eaten meet in fifteen years, so its hard for him to go on with the Fast Forward.
Meanwhile, Toni and Dallas reach the Mongol warrior and get their clue for the Detour. The Detour says its either they play like mad or act like fools. In play like made, the pair must learn a traditional song with Kazakhstan traditional instrument and play it for the audience when they already knew the song. And they have to collect at least $1.50 to get their next clue. In act like fools, the teams must travel to a children puppet theater and wear a two person cow costume. Then they must travel into the city to find a milk stall and drink two glasses of milk and go to a market on the meat section to be butchered and to get their next clue.
On the Fast Forward race, Terrence and Sarah see that Starr already finished her plate so they decided to leave the Fast Forward and go back to the Road Block. Which is not good because all the other teams have already finished the Road Block and they are on their way to the detour. Toni and Dallas and Ken and Tina choose to act like fools and wore cow costumes to roam around the city. Andrew and Dan start to have a fight while Terrence and Sarah are getting lost on their way to Detour. Nick and Starr finished the Fast Forward and headed to the 8th pit stop og the Amazing Race to be the first team. They have gotten their 5th 1st place on the race.
Toni and Dallas completed the act like fools tasks and they headed to the pit stop to be on second place. Ken and Tina finished third. Andrew and Dan have been lost in the game but manage to be on the fourth place while Terrence and Sarah make it in last place. They have been eliminated in the race.
