It’s about time that I chime in and give my thoughts on this Summer’s hottest TV show Big Brother All Stars.
I must admit there were a few weeks where I was uncomfortable with the season 6 alliance of Howie, Kaysar, Janelle and James and how they did NOT go after Will and Boogie. |
At that point I would say that I despised those 2 guys (Chilltown).
But as things have turned in the game and have removed my favorite All Stars (Jase, James and Kaysar), I must say that I now have a new found respect for Will and Boogie.
I mean how are these guys pulling it off? Despite everyone knowing that they were a team aka dynamic duo, how could the all stars let them stay in the game? It just amazes me.
I wanted them out so bad that I even turned on Janelle and was suddenly rooting for James to put her in her place. Janelle had opportunities to get rid of Will and Boogie and she choked, just like the others who seemed more interested in dumping floaters than the real threats.
So here we are with 24 days left and only a handful of all stars, and Janelle and Will and Boogie are still in the game. I find that an amazing accomplishment and I have so much respect for those 2 guys. Actually I now even respect Janelle as she has managed to stay in the game despite being a target for the past few weeks.
Tuesday night when Janelle won the Power of Veto and removed herself I must admit it was an exciting moment. What was really fun to watch was the way that Will and Boogie were working on Erika and they convinced her to dump Danielle! That’s hot!
You know I must say that I really dislike Danielle. I remember early in the season when she was nominated, I think it was the first nomination she became a frazzled nervous wreck. People like her and Marcellas have these huge overblown egos that falsely make them think they have superpowers. When Danielle found herself on the block her true character came out and we saw how weak she was and how emotional she could be.
I thought it was pitiful to watch her self destruct. I never have liked her so I could not find any compassion for her extreme sadness. Usually I will give in and see the humanity in even the most despicable of people, but not with Danielle. BUT somehow she managed o get out of that predicament and did not get sent home. She played humble for a few days and started to fall off of the radar… why I am not sure as she would have been right up there with Will and Boogie as All Stars I’d want to send home.
So, here we are and Danielle is still in the game. Janelle won POV and took herself off and put Erika in the position of either putting up Will or Danielle. George actually got a free pass now too as he is not in any danger. Danielle has absolutely no chance to stay in the game unless a miracle happens and she knows that. So what does Danielle do? She takes up drinking and smoking and a general mean demeanor as if that childish and arrogant behavior is going to save her. If she played it smart she could have reasoned with people and possibly cut a deal but instead she tried to lay guilt trips on Erika and in general made the house feel uncomfortable.
Her true colors shown and she will be going bye bye. Good riddance!
So, with the remaining players Erika, Janelle, Will, Boogie and George – how will it play out?
Well, it really depends on who wins the next head of household. I’d say Janelle has a great chance of winning the competition as long as it isn’t a lame one. If she wins then I’d say Erika and George will go up. If George wins I think Will and Erika will go up. If Boogie wins I think Janelle and George will go up.
Any way you look at it Erika is the most vulnerable. Will and Boogie have the power. If they keep Janelle in the game she has some power too. Very interesting!
