Dancing With The Stars Season 7 Finale
The Finals of Dancing With The Stars Season 7 had finally arrived! Who will get the mirror ball? Last night’s guests includes Miley Cyrus, Alicia Keys and all the contestants of season 7 returned to show off their best routines.
As the show starts host, Tom Bergeron went searching for the box office entertainment queen of DWTS season 7, Cloris Leachman and eventually found her inside a box. She became the DWTS correspondent for “Man On the Streets’ asking for the people’s opinion on who are they going to vote and why. Her natural way to make people laugh is a very exciting thing to follow.
Then Jeffrey Ross – one of the casualties this season conducted a controversial and laughable roast for the three finalists. Finally, he said to them, “Compared to me, you are all winners”.
Then Alicia Keys grace the stage with her song “I Need You” from her multi platinum album “As I am”. Then all the contestants performed a special number tonight composing of their best routines throughout the season.
Next, the judges give their opinions for the 3 finalists. They said that Lance is the risk taker of the group. This is because you will be surprise with each of his performances making all the viewers watch for more because they don’t know what to expect.
As for Warren, he is not perfect regarding the technical side of the contest, but he has the power to entertain the crowd and give what they want.
And for Brooke – they said that she is very versatile and rises when the occasion needs it.
Then, the last 3 teams performed for the last time to show who is most deserving to become the winner of DWTS.
Warren and Kym grace the stage first with their Hustle dancing in the tune of “Funky Town”. Len commented that Warren may not be the judges champion but still he is the most love by the crowd because of his charisma. Bruno told Warren that he is the craftiest of them all and their routine was very irresistible. Carrie Ann noted that they make everyone want to dance with them. The couple got 3 9s from the judges – providing them a score of 27 which gave them a total score of 80 out of 90.
Lance and Lacey came out next with their version of the Jitterbug. They dance in the tune of “Jim Dandy To The Rescue”. Bruno told Lance that he had become a showman and delivered the dance with panache and flair. Carrie Ann told ‘em that they had a bit of struggled with lifting but came out of it unscathed. Len said that Lance deserve to be in the finals and made a fantastic job on his routine. The judges gave them a 28 for their performance – their total score is 81 out of 90.
Brooke and Derek came last. They danced an emotional performance of the sonf “Mother Be Good To Your Daughters”. Carrie Ann commented that Brooke deserve to get the trophy. Len told the audience that it is the best routine of the season. Bruno said is Brooke is the jewel in the crown of the grand finale. They receive again a perfect score of 30 – making them have a total score of 88 out of 90.
Hannah Montana star, Miley Cyrus, came next on the stage, with a powerful performance of the song “Fly On The Wall” from her album Breakout.
Then Tom and Samantha – announced the first couple to be ousted from the final three to be the third placer – and its no other than Lance and Lacey.
And finally the moment has arrived to announce who got the mirror ball – the new winners of Dancing With The Stars – and its no other than……. Brooke and Derek making Warren and Kym in second place.
